Professional Bio
Prior to joining Quinlan & Associates, Moanna worked as a Research Assistant in Economics at the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago, studying the relationship between air pollution and the spread of COVID-19.
She was also an Analyst at Bilby, a RegTech startup where she analysed Chinese policies on the Environment and ESG to build an A.I. model for automated regulatory and government analysis.
Besides her professional experience, Moanna is an alto and performed the Fauré Requiem with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra as a member of the HKU Chamber Singers. She skateboards to work if the weather is nice.
Education
Moanna holds a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences (First Class Honours) with a double major in Economics and Politics and Public Administration from The University of Hong Kong.
