Evan is the Founder and Managing Partner of EAS Innovation Consulting, a boutique data and technology consulting firm. His expertise in data science and technology strategy have allowed Evan to work with both large corporations and emerging startups, especially in finance, insurance and legal technology.

His vast network in and around financial services was developed while building his own startup from academic idea to successful exit. Prior to EAS Innovation Consulting, Evan was the Founder and CEO of Prattle, as well as the Head of Data Innovation at Liquidnet. Launched in 2014, Prattle is a financial research automation company that analyses the content of market-moving communications from central banks, corporations and regulators generating both tradable data and automated research reports.

In early 2019 Prattle was acquired by Liquidnet as part of an initiative to build a global investment network. Evan remained with Prattle as part of Liquidnet serving as both the CEO of Prattle and the Head of Data Innovation for Liquidnet until April 2020. Prior to founding Prattle, Evan was a noted academic. He was faculty at Brown University and is widely published in finance, economics, political economy, game theory and public policy.
